Pomace dryer is a drum dryer, Pomace dryer can apply on the the pomace with moisture 80% Finally dry the pomace to below 13% . The machine use
the coal (natural gas, coal gas) as fuel, hot air as the drying medium, considering the pomace high moisture,sugar content,easy stick, we adopt the unique
design to solve these problem and reach the good drying effect .such as the unique lifting plate,the gradient of cylinder,the guiding plate etc.
Pomace Dryer Features:
1 large capacity, one set pomace dryer can handle every day from 80 to 500 tons of fresh fruit residue
2 adaptability. The pomace dryer also can be used for drying fresh apple pomace, distiller's grain, fertilizer and other scattered precipitation in a large range of
materials.
3 Pomace dryer dryer as host of the drying system, simple structure, less failure, low maintenance cost, large capacity, and a long period of continuous operation.
4 Pomace dryer with new and unique sealing device, and with good insulation system.
5 Pomace dryer with a continuously variable transmission, according to different material moisture and easily adjust the drum speed, to achieve the best drying effect.
6 Pomace dryer is provided with a powerful break up, can effectively solve the adhesive like apple pomace residue materials in the drying process and agglomeration.
7 After the drying section is connected with grinding, mixing, granulating, packing subsequent section, the finished production of Marc pellet feed.
